Membership Proposal Information
The membership proposal operation was created by Minotel
in order to develop its network of hotels throughout
the world.
This offer is available for anybody recommending us a hotel which
meets the Minotel selection criteria, namely :
1) Being a privately-owned, family run hotel.
2) Being a good comfort hotel belonging to the 2, 3 or 4-star
category as per the Swiss Hotelier’s
classification standards while
waiting for a European or worldwide classification (fire
detection system, double rooms with a minimum surface of 14
m2, all rooms with bath or shower-wc and direct dial
telephone, etc).
3) Having a restaurant that serves local cuisine.
4) Offering a high quality service.
5) Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
6) Being in a location where Minotel does not yet have any
member hotel (with the exception of major cities and famous
resorts).
As soon as we will have received your New Member Proposal form, we
will be pleased to contact your Prospective Member Hotel and submit
a membership offer.
Description of the Membership Proposal Offer
We are pleased to offer you a double Minotel-Voucher for each hotel
proposed by you, which meets the Minotel selection criteria and
which becomes a Minotel member. The Minotel-Voucher is valid for an
overnight for two persons in a double room and can be used in most
of our Minotel-hotels either all year round or during certain
periods.
The Proposer is considered a person recommending Minotel a hotel for membership. To take advantage of the membership proposal offer, the Proposer needs to fill in the Proposer and the Prospective Member Hotel sections of the below form which will allow Minotel to contact the Prospective Member Hotel.
The Prospective Member Hotel is considered a hotel which has been recommended to Minotel by a Proposer. A Prospective Member Hotel needs to meet the Minotel selection criteria. It cannot be currently or have been a Minotel member in the past.
