A staff of 22 works at the Lausanne Office and ensures best service in the following native languages : French, German, Swiss German, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Headed by the president and the managing director, the different departments are responsible for the administrative tasks, finances, sales and promotions, developing new products and markets, the expansion of the hotel network, customer service, Central Reservations and the Purchasing Office. All printed communication material is created by the Lausanne Office which also designs and develops the Minotel web sites and pushes the ever growing internet distribution channels. A representative in China is responsible both for sales in the travel sector and the search for hotels to flesh out the Minotel network, while another sales representative works part-time in the Japanese market.
