Restaurant
La Rôtisserie
At the refined Restaurant La Rôtisserie, Francis Chibrac and his
team spoil you with specialities like Bouillabaisse fish soup,
prepared according to the „Charte de la bouillabaisse“; foie gras;
dishes using fresh market produce; saltwater fish and seafood as
well as poultry and meat.
The dishes fully harmonize with the fine wines from the menu. Nicole
Chibrac is famous for her home-made desserts. You’ll find yourself
unable to resist her poetic-sounding treats like Frou-frou Dame de
Broc and Prince de Gascogne.
The big, friendly dining room is lavishly decorated. It features a
fireplace as well as a lobster vivarium. In the summer, the shady,
flower-adorned terrace is a perfect spot to linger on.
La Pinte
Restaurant La Pinte offers a small, brasserie-style menu as well as
the dish of the day. The café-bar is open from Tuesday to Sunday,
during lunchtime and dinnertime.
